Sampriti marked a major milestone by hosting its first-ever Durga Puja, celebrating devotion, culture, and community spirit. Over 200 people attended each day, joining for prayers, rituals, and cultural festivities.
The beautifully decorated pandal created a divine ambience for the daily puja and pushpanjali, followed by bhog distribution and evening aarti. The evenings came alive with music, dance, and drama performances, showcasing incredible local talent from adults and children alike.
We were honoured to welcome Hon. MP Melissa Lee, who joined in the celebrations and appreciated the community’s vibrant spirit and unity. The event also featured delicious traditional meals, family-friendly activities, and plenty of laughter and connection throughout the three days.
Sampriti’s first Durga Puja was not just a festival — it was a celebration of togetherness, marking the beginning of many more cultural milestones to come. 🌺
