Bengali New Year Celebration 2025

Sampriti proudly celebrated Pohela Boishakh on 12th April 2025, marking the first ever Bengali New Year celebration organized by the group. The event brought together the Bengali community and friends for a vibrant day of culture, tradition, and joy.

The celebration began with a colorful Shobha Yatra (traditional procession) featuring participants in traditional attire, carrying banners, placards, and festive decorations. The procession was accompanied by dhak (traditional drums), songs, and enthusiastic dancing, setting a joyous tone for the rest of the day.

Following the Shobha Yatra, the event continued with:

• Cultural performances including Rabindra Sangeet, folk dance, and children’s acts
• A variety of Bengali cuisine and sweets
• Community gathering and fun activities for all ages
